I found it a very easy read; simple and easy to understand making it easy to implement. Inclusive regardless of fitness and nutrition goal. Fitness and nutrition section compliment each other and help the reader to understand they need both. Made me feel I could set a small goal then build up to my ultimate and accomplish it!
